To book our Soft Play Party Hire, please send us a message to see if your date is free. We will then confirm availability and if you would like to book send us a message stating Date, Time, Address, Phone Number, location if different to address, name and age of child and which package you would like.
We will then return you with a booking form and invoice at which time your $50 deposit is required to be made within 24 hours to hold your date, the remainder 5 days before party or in installments.
You’ll also find our Terms and Conditions on this form, so please have a read through them as they need to be signed at the completion of the set up.
Once all the details have been confirmed and any questions have been answered, we’ll send you an invoice.
Please note for areas outside the Sunshine Coast zone ( Brisbane, Gympie and surrounding areas) there is an additional travel fee involved.
If you decide to cancel your booking your $50 is non-refundable. If you have paid in full and cancel more than seven days before the event, there will be a full refund, however, if you cancel less than seven days before the event no refund will be offered.
If there is wet weather, and we feel your location is not acceptable, there will be a full refund or a change of date if available. Keep in mind that we will do our utmost to make any party or event happen.
